Business Writing with AI

As AI technology advances, it’s starting to play a bigger role in professional and business communication. In this workshop, we explore how Large Language Models (LLMs) can be used to enhance business writing. We start by breaking down how these AI models work and why they respond the way they do. Then, we look at the areas where AI can add real value, as well as its current limitations.

Next, we focus on how business professionals can use AI to improve everything from drafting emails and reports to creating marketing copy and presentations. We cover techniques for prompting AI to get clear, professional results and explore tools that are specifically designed for business writing.

We also address some of the challenges and risks that come with using AI in a business context, such as data privacy, accuracy, and maintaining a personal touch in communication. By the end, participants will have a clear understanding of how AI can be a valuable asset in professional writing, while also knowing where caution is needed.
